Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to process all orders within 3 business days. Shipping by USPS can then take 3 to 5 days in the USA. During periods of high volume like major holidays or the launch of new products some orders may take slightly longer to process. 

After your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Or you can log into your account and find tracking info.



Not happy with your purchase or maybe you just changed your mind we stand behind our products no matter what!

Any non-faulty Pure Biolife item can be refunded so long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase unopened in the original box. To qualify for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying material. Essentially, it must be fit for resale. The shipping costs for these returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Pure Biolife.

Faulty or damaged product

In the case of faulty or damaged product, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or refund. Any damaged or faulty products must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please use the Contact Us page and tell us you problem we’ll work with you through the process!

Used, Opened or  Missing Box Products?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above. However do write to us and explain what has happened as we still may offer you a store credit or exchange.

Manage your Subscription

Access your account at www.purebiolife/my-account. Once there, click the ‘Manage your subscription’ tab to make edits as you’d like.


Please use the Contact Us page ASAP and explain the wrong address. Hopefully the product has not shipped yet. We will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund. However, do send us a message and explain what happen, we are all human and mistakes are made, use the Contact Us page, you never know sometimes we get it and send out another at our discretion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or you credit card.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.

Sale items

If you purchased your item while it was on sale than that price is what will be refunded. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, in some cases the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also in some cases the S&H cost may be deducted from the refund for example an exchange.

Depending on time of year and where you live, the time it may take for products to reach you can and will vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
